Getting Started: How to Set Up Dashboards & Create Your First Center

Welcome to MTLS Centerwise! If you want to efficiently manage multiple branches, the very first step is to set up dashboards for your franchise system. MTLS Centerwise uses a highly secure, frontend-based system to manage your multiple branches.

Instead of navigating through confusing backend WordPress menus, you and your managers get clean, dedicated portal pages. Setting up your franchise system is a simple two-part process: first, we generate the portals, and then we register your first center.

πŸ‘‰ Part 1: How to Set Up Dashboards Easily

To deploy the application interfaces on your website, you need to embed two simple shortcodes into your WordPress pages.

Step 1: Create the Super Admin Dashboard

This is your master control room. Create a hidden or password-protected WordPress page for Administrator use only. Paste the following shortcode on this page: [mtls_qm_super_admin_dashboard]

Step 2: Create the Client Portal (Dashboard)

This is the public page where both your Center Managers and Students will log in. Create a new public page (you can title it “Dashboard”) and paste this shortcode: [mtls_qm_dashboard]

Note: This single interface dynamically adapts based on whether a Student or a Center Owner logs in.

Now that your portals are live, let’s create your first branch and assign a manager to it!

Step 1: Access the Super Admin Interface

Log in to your website as the main administrator and visit the Super Admin Dashboard page you created in Part 1.

Step 2: Locate the Registration Form

On your dashboard, look for the section titled “βž• Register New Center”.

Step 3: Fill in the Center Details

Enter the specific details for your new branch:

  • Center ID & Name: Provide a unique ID (e.g., Center-1 ) and the Branch Name.

  • Location: Fill in the Address and City.

  • Manager Credentials: Create a dedicated Manager Username, Manager Email, and a secure Password.

Step 4: Register

Click the “Register Center” button at the bottom of the form.

Congratulations! You have successfully added a new center. Your branch manager can now visit the public Client Portal page and log in using the credentials you just created for them to start adding their own students!
